Directions

Both products are Bioidentical. Suggested Application: Estrogen: Start with 1/4 teaspoon (1 mg). Use between 1 - 4 mg. Use in conjunction with natural progesterone. About 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) equals 20 mg of micronized natural progesterone.
