Our Melatonin is free of synthetics including parabens and is soy-free.   Purified water, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) seed oil, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera gel extract), Sepigel 305 (polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, laureth-7), Cannabis sativa (Hemp) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (Evening primrose) oil, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil, Melatonin, Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic acid

Directions 

Smooth on melatonin body cream and let its rich creamy texture help naturally relax you and smooth your skin. Start by applying 2 pumps (about 1/4 Teaspoon) equals about 3 mg Melatonin. About 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Apply to thin skinned areas like neck, upper inner arms, inner thigh & behind the knees.
