Antioxidant Toner is for all skin types. Beta-glucosamine serves as a building block to collagen and elastin while minimizing inflammation. Hazelnut extract supplies high levels of essential fatty acids to soothe and heal dry, irritated skin. Hazelnut also aids in the regeneration of cells and strengthens capillaries, lightens skin, filters UV rays, and acts as an astringent. Apply a few drops of toner to cotton ball and gently wipe over face and neck, avoiding eyes.
