Directions
Smooth on melatonin body cream and let its rich creamy texture help naturally relax you and smooth your skin. Start by applying 2 pumps (about 1/4 Teaspoon) equals about 3 mg Melatonin. About 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Apply to thin skinned areas like neck, upper inner arms, inner thigh & behind the knees.
